- Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

- After 18:00 hrs. attracts an additional charge 100% of the contract room rate.

- All reservations on a request basis until otherwise advised in writing by the hotel.

- The tour operator must notify the hotel of cancellation and / or amendments as soon as possible.
- The penalty for any cancellation or amendment made less than 72 hours before arrival will be 1 night charge per one room reserved.
